“Pseudomonas fluorescens” as an Antagonist to Control Okra Root Rotting Fungi Disease in Plants

نویسندگان

چکیده

The common bacteria found in fruit and vegetables are Pseudomonas fluorescens which is Germ-negative rod-shaped. has been originated from the rhizosphere of Roorkee-grown okra. presented work involves recognizing controlling isolates fluorescens. scope proposed that technique used here a unique strategy to plant protection control rotting fungus diseases based on recognition management isolates. Antagonist effect occurs commonly vegetable plants. main goal this study isolate, identify, evaluate development these effects growth. In research work, five have chosen for further their morphological, biochemical, physiological characteristics. All identified as Bergey’s Manual determination bacteriology. Catalase, urease, amylase, citrate utilization test were all positive PFTT4 was be likely strain growth promoting exercises such age IAA, HCN, ammonia, phosphate solubilization subsequent being assessed advancing properties. Further, vitro exploring uncovered diminished phytopathogens Fusarium solani extraordinarily developed seed germination just boundaries like shoot root length. Furthermore, sp. PFTT4’s antifungal activities put forward it could there because bioinoculant agents Abelmoschus esculentus.

Efficacy of Pseudomonas fluorescens as Biological Control Agent aga

The objective of this study was to evaluate previously isolated non pathogenic Pseudomonas fluorescens biovars inhibitory effect against pathogenic A. hydrophila in vitro and in vivo. The results showed that P. fluorescens biovars have in vitro antibacterial inhibitory effect against A. hydrophila. Also, feeding O. niloticus diet containing P. fluorescens biovars showed resistance against A. hy...

Pseudomonas fluorescens

nas incognita have been previously described as being able to utilize citronellol, geraniol, and linalool (3, 6). Recently, a 50-megadalton (MDa) plasmid has been associated with the degradation of geraniol (9). In this report we describe the isolation of a Pseudomonas fluorescens s train capable of utilizing linalool as a sole carbon and energy source and demonstrate the presence of a transmis...
